Paola Cummings, LCSW-R
Paola graduated in 1998 with a BS degree in Psychology and began her career in mental health shortly thereafter by working in residence for adults with various mental health illnesses. Paola then went on to work with adults living with developmental disabilities for many years. During that time she completed her graduate work, receiving an MSW from the State University of New York at Albany in 2004.
Paola has worked for Samaritan Counseling Center since 2004 and focuses mostly on work with families (adults and adolescents). Paola’s interests include working with people who have experienced trauma and working with children, adolescents and their families through Project PASS, a therapeutic program for children and adolescents at risk for academic failure.
