Directions:
From NYS Thruway, take exit 25 to 890. Follow 890 to exit 4C, Scotia. Turn left at light and follow Mohawk Ave (Rt 5) to N. Ballston Ave (Rt 50). Turn right on Rt 50, and follow up three blocks. Turn right on Church Street to park. Center is on the corner of Church and Rt 50.

From Rt 50 (Saratoga/Ballston Spa): Follow 50 south towards Scotia/Glenville. Go through the underpass, and after the light look on your left for Church Street. Turn Left on Church Street to park. Center is on the corner of Church and Rt 50.

We also have Project PASS satellite offices in Draper Middle School, Bradt Elementary School, Mohonasen High School, and Mont Pleasant Middle School.
