Coaching

The coach helps the professional pastor by bringing their knowledge of human interaction and behavior to the relationship. With churches closing at the rate of 6 out of 10 in the next 10 years, pastors who have sharpened their vision and their skills are the pastors who will thrive.

  • asks you questions you would not ask yourself
  • helps you live a life of conscious choice, not reactivity to others’ expectations
  • helps you take risks
  • highlights what can be readily achieved
  • enhances team performance
  • builds relationships
  • helps you think differently and bigger
